Single bed
Carpet 250 cm
The circular shape works particularly well in smaller rooms, creating a sense of flow rather than hard edges. We recommend a diameter of at least 200 cm so the rug extends visibly beyond both sides of the bed.

Round living room setting
Carpet 400 cm
Rather than framing the furniture a round carpet invites you into the space. Position the front legs of your sofa on the rug, and allow the circle to extend generously in front , a diameter 300 cm works well for most sofa configurations.

Small living room setting
Carpet 200 x 300 cm
The rectangular rug is the most versatile choice for a living room. Here, the front legs of the sofa rest on the rug while the lounge chair sits partly alongside a relaxed, layered arrangement. A size of 200 × 300 cm suits compact living rooms; larger spaces benefit from 250 × 350 cm or more.

Big living room setting
Carpet 500 x 400 cm
For an L-shaped sofa, a larger rectangular rug is the right choice. The rug should extend beneath both sections of the sofa, with enough surface left in front for a coffee table and an occasional chair. For most L-shaped configurations, we recommend starting from 300 × 400 cm but since every sofa is different, a custom size will always give the best result.

Dining Room Round
Carpet 300 cm
A round rug is the natural companion to a round dining table. The two shapes echo each other, creating a composed and harmonious setting. Allow at least 60 cm between the edge of the table and the edge of the rug so there's always enough space for chairs. For a table seating 5/6, we recommend a minimum diameter of 260 cm.
Table 110 cm

Big dining room
Carpet 400 x 250 cm
A long rectangular table seating 8 to 10 calls for a generously sized rug. The rug should extend at least 60 cm beyond each end and side of the table, so chairs stay fully on the rug when pulled back. This setup typically requires a rug of 300 × 450 cm or larger. Because dining tables vary so much in length, this is one of the cases where ordering custom is not just an option, it's the obvious choice.

How to find your style
Measure your space
Use a tape measure and mark the desired rug area with masking tape on the floor. Walk around it live with it for a day.
Consider furniture placement
Decide whether all legs, front legs only, or no legs sit on the rug. Each creates a different visual effect and changes the required size.
Leave breathing room
In most rooms, leave at least 40–60 cm of bare floor between the rug edge and the wall. This frames the rug and makes the room feel intentional.
Order your custom size
Once you have your dimensions, simply enter them when placing your order. Every rug is made to measure no standard sizes, no compromise.
Note
Larger rugs don't just fill more floor they change how a room feels. A well-sized rug grounds the furniture, absorbs sound, and creates a sense of warmth and intention. When in doubt, go slightly larger. You'll rarely regret it.
